60-Minute Yoga Therapy Session: $125
Sessions take place in your home or in Erika’s office at:

A travel fee may apply for in-home sessions.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in—elastic waistbands preferred.
What Happens During a Session:
Each session is 60-minutes and fully tailored to your body’s needs that day.
Erika may incorporate:
Functional, gentle movement
Carefully selected movements that build strength, flexibility, and stability—without strain or overwhelm.
Breathwork to regulate your nervous system
Simple, accessible breathing techniques help reduce anxiety, improve focus, and shift your body out of fight-or-flight mode.
Adaptive yoga postures and variations
Classic yoga postures modified for your body—whether on the floor, seated in a chair, or even lying on a massage table.
Mind-body awareness practices
You’ll learn how to recognize your stress triggers, listen to your body’s cues, and respond with greater ease.
Integration with your other healing modalities
Therapeutic Yoga can support and enhance Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Talk Therapy, and more.
Everything is slow, supportive, and deeply grounding—perfect for beginners, those with limitations, or anyone seeking holistic healing.
No Experience or Flexibility Required
You do not need to:

✘ have yoga experience of any kind
